Pack with Care
Place the unused items back into their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include your printed return slip inside the package.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our beauty experts receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
